RETURNS & DELIVERY POLICY
• There will be no acceptance on returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, as per the global retail industry standards
• In case of faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a return, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID. You may be asked to provide proof of the damage, with an image, as a condition for considering replacement requests
• Upon return, we will then proceed to process a Complimentary Coupon of the same amount in your online account. We will put our best efforts to process all requests within 60 days.
• For exchanges, you will need to return your faulty unopened purchase to Al Hathboor pick-up location where you will be able to seek a suitable replacement to the value of the products purchased as per your previous order
• The product must be taken care of if it is for return/exchange and should not be used. Al Hathboor Online will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession
• It must be noted that we may not be able to exchange your product with the exact item(s) you purchased with us. Some of our products are exclusive and limited edition subject to availability and are available for a limited time only. We also cannot guarantee that your exact product(s) or shade(s) will be available at the pick-up point for exchange. You will be assisted by the employee with the best alternative product(s) for you in this instance
• Al Hathboor online does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for lost, damaged, stolen or any unauthorized use of cards
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you upon placement of order. All orders will be processed within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of order placed. We make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order unless there are exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Business days in UAE are Sundays to Thursdays, except holidays. Please note orders will not be delivered on Fridays. Date and time of delivery may vary due to carrier practices, location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. In case of multiple products, it may also be delivered in separate shipments.
