RETURNS POLICY

There will be no acceptance on returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, as per the global retail industry standards

In case of faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a return, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID. You may be asked to provide proof of the damage, with an image, as a condition for considering replacement requests

Upon return, we will then proceed to process a Complimentary Coupon of the same amount in your online account. We will put our best efforts to process all requests within 60 days.

For exchanges, you will need to return your faulty unopened purchase to Al Hathboor pick-up location where you will be able to seek a suitable replacement to the value of the products purchased as per your previous order

The product must be taken care of if it is for return/exchange and should not be used. Al Hathboor Online will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession

It must be noted that we may not be able to exchange your product with the exact item(s) you purchased with us. Some of our products are exclusive and limited edition subject to availability and are available for a limited time only. We also cannot guarantee that your exact product(s) or shade(s) will be available at the pick-up point for exchange. You will be assisted by the employee with the best alternative product(s) for you in this instance

DELIVERY POLICY

General Information

Multiple deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement as per each order
All orders placed are subject to product availability at the given time
If an item is out of stock at the time of placing the order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, as per the Refund policy
Delivery location items mentioned on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within UAE

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you upon placement of order. All orders will be processed within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of order placed. We make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order unless there are exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Business days in UAE are Sundays to Thursdays, except holidays. Please note orders will not be delivered on Fridays. Date and time of delivery may vary due to carrier practices, location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. In case of multiple products, it may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery Instructions

Delivery Costs are based on the delivery days chosen by you. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. At the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges OR minimum Order for Delivery may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
